Title: Big Girl Panties
Author: Stephanie Evanovich
I guess you could call it a good book for the beach. It is the story of a romance that develops between an overweight woman and a personal trainer to the stars. They meet by chance on a flight home and he takes pity on her and offers to train her. She accepts, does all the work, gets in shape (but never getting to the model shape), falls for him and lo and behold he finally accepts the fact that he's falling for the fat chick.
