This book was published by the American Diabetes Association and offers 250 recipes that are quick and easy to make in 30 minutes or less. I am always looking for quick healthy meals to make and took a look through this book. I plan on trying some of the recipes and I like that it breaks down the calories for each serving, (and the carbs, fiber, sugars, fats and salt).
