This book is a must for educators of all grade-levels as well as for parents. The aim of this book is to promote empathy in our children. Empathy is lacking in our society today and if we can raise our kids to be empathetic, they will go further and eventually be more successful. It's not as important to raise our children to be the smartest or fastest -- empathetic children will eventually give more back to our society and will work better collaboratively. It's time to switch the focus from "me" to "we".
