Title: A Dog's Purpose
Author: W. Bruce Cameron
This book tries to put into perspective the reason for which a dog lives. The story is told in the first person from the dog's voice. The dog's main goal is to search for the meaning of his life and he has several lives to discover this purpose. I really believe that you have to be a dog lover or even an animal lover to really appreciate this book. There were some moments that did give me pause to wonder if my dog really might see things the way the main character in this book does. It was an easy read but not up to my particular interest level.
