The book is set in England revolving around a psychologist Joe McLaughlin. He has just been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and while trying to deal with this diagnosis his world falls apart as he becomes the suspect of a police investigation regarding a murder of a woman who once accused him of sexual assault. It was a fast moving, easy to read mystery.
