A story about a couple who run a lighthouse in the early 1900s located on an island off Australia. A boat washes up on shore with a man who is dead and a baby. The couple end up keeping the baby and raising it as their own. Because of the isolated life they live, their secret is safe. but eventually their secret is revealed and what ensues makes for a very interesting story.
