Title: Love Life

OK I'll be honest I didn't like Rob Lowe's first book so why I picked this up, I don't know, but I'm glad I did. Lowe is an extremely talented writer - both books are a testament to that. But I found something in this book that I didn't in the other - a Rob Lowe I could relate to. A parent, a spouse, a friend - trying hard to navigate situations that we all face - school trips, family vacations, bad work environments, death - and trying to come out on the other side with our sanity intact and maybe having learned something. It made for an interesting and very relatable read. And I have to say he makes some very good arguments why we should "Love Life".
