Title: Orphan Train

Was an interesting book - it was based on true "orphan trains" that did occur taking children from the East Coast out to the Midwest in hopes of finding homes for them (1853-1929). It's the story of two women: one old (91) and one a teenager and it's about their lives and the friendship that develops between them. Yet the story was predictable - interesting subject - predictable storyline.
